Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Economic Area may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All accessories and included materials must be returned.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product or valid proof of shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Malfatori.
